The only thing is that you might be charged a second time for the new card. Just go to a close branch and request for a new card also indicating that you want to collect it at that branch in the application form.

I recommend you tell your parents to open a Smart Kids Save account for you and by the time you turn 18, you can migrate to a normal savings account.
