In growing urban cities like Lagos, Enugu and Ibadan, there is also the growing presence of large retail shopping malls and retailt stores. One of the popular stores is named Shoprite. Shoprite has grown to become the largest supermarket located in shopping malls across Nigeria and they make their presence felt wherever they go. When it also comes to making payments for your purchases, Shoprite allows customers to make payments by means of cash, cards as well as gift vouchers. ATM Card payments work by making use of an electronic channel to connect to the buyer's bank account and then debiting the account at the user's request.How to pay with your card

- Shop for items you want and add them to your basket
- Proceed to the teller when ready to checkout
- Present your items and allow the teller to calculate your bill
- Present your ATM card to the cashier who slots it in the POS machine
- When asked, tell him the account type i.e. Savings or Current
- Enter your 4 digit ATM PIN discretely and press enter
- Allow the cashier to process it
- Your ATM balance would be debited
- Collect your receipt from the tellerThat's basically what it takes.
