The website located at www.ubadirect.com is the portal for those who want to access UBA's internet banking service and this comes for free to all of UBA customers whether you are an individual or a body corporate.

Visit UBA Direct

To access the website, make sure you typed the address correctly or simply do a Google search so that you don't make typho errors that lead you to a fake website.

Once on the website, you'd just need to enter your username and password which you used in setting up the internet banking service at your bank branch. Try making use of the security features so that your online account remains protected.

Once logged in, you'd be able to access a lot of online services which your bank can offer you. You'd find that doing internet banking with UBA's portal allows you to do a lot of things that saves you time and money rather than visiting the bank

Some of the things one can do with UBA direct internet banking service includes:

- Checking your account balance
- Download account statements
- Transferring money to other accounts
- Buying airtime credit online
- Paying bills for tv, water and others
- Requesting for fund instruments and other services
- Contact customer service

If you can use the internet and can use services like Yahoo Mail, then you can also use a UBA direct internet service. Just apply for internet service at your bank and you'd be able to access it using a username and password.

First register for internet banking at a branch and get the username with password to use. Then you can use it online on your mobile or computer for making transfers.
