If you've got a Diamond bank account and have signed up for the internet banking service, as a new user or someone who has forgotten his login password, you can reset your password on the bank's website by using the forgotten password link.

How to do it
===============
- Just to go Diamondbank.com
- Go to the internet banking webpage
- Select to log into your account
- Click on the Request or Forgot password
link
- Enter your username(This is normally sent to you)
- Enter your mobile phone number registered with the bank
- Enter the last 4 digits of your account number
- Click on send new password

The reset password would be sent to your mobile phone and you can use it to log into your internet banking account.

Once you've logged in with the new password, you should change it to a new password that you can remember and keep safe.

It could be a 419 message from a fraudster. Click to reply the email and look at the email address of the sender. If it doesn't read @diamondbank.com, then it's not from Diamond bank and you should just add such emails to your SPAM.

I'm sure they were asking you to go to a website and fill your personal details. Well, if they were, then it's a 419 email and you should ignore it.

You will need to go to diamond bank's website and use the password. You can then afterwards change it to a new password.
